Máximo Diego Pujol is a composer, performer and teacher whose work is inspired by the musical heritage of his native Argentina. He draws on the music of the region around the Río de la Plata, as well as from the different musical forms found in other parts of Argentina. His compositions fuse these elements with more formal European arrangements. You can hear some of his music here or on his website.
Following a highly successful visit to Cambridge in October 2016, Máximo will be returning to UK in November 2018 as part of his European tour.
His first stop in UK will be Cambridge, for a recital, master classes, talk on the history of tango music, and ensemble sessions with school students. He will then move on to West Sussex, where he will give his second UK recital.
We hope you will join us at one (or all?) of these events. There is information on ticketing on the Tickets menu item. If you want any further details, or are having difficulties with this web site, feel free to contact us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or via the contact form .
